Quality

The goal of FSE is to achieve the highest standards of quality in our business practices and operations without compromise. Our objective is to continually improve our company performance, while offering our customers a quality cost effective professional service.

- FSE Quality Policy

As owners, FSE’s senior management have a direct personal, professional, and financial interest in establishing and maintaining a superior Quality System.  By its sixth month of business, FSE had attained ISO 9001 Certification and has been continuously improving its Quality Manual since. At FSE, Quality is of the upmost importance.

FSE implements several key processes to maintain these standards including self-audits, daily quality metrics and weekly quality management reviews. This level of statistical process measurement and control allows FSE to be proactive instead of reactive.

ISO – Having been ISO certified since its sixth month in business, FSE is now registered to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
