IPC-610 Certified

The IPC-A-610 is the most widely used industry consensus document that sets acceptance criteria for electronic assemblies. It is a pictorial guide to conditions and process results, common in the manufacturing of electronic assemblies. FSE has certified IPC-610 trainers on staff.

IPC-620 Certified

IPC-620 is the most widely used inspection specification for the cable and wire harness assembly industry. It is a pictorial guide to conditions and process results, common in the manufacturing of cables and wire harnesses. FSE has certified IPC-620 trainers on staff.

X-ray Capabilities

The CR Technology X-Ray is used to inspect solder joints hidden under components such as BGAs and QFNs for voids and shorts as well as checking physical alignment of the part to the pads. May also be used as a trouble shooting tool to inspect sealed or molded items eliminating a risky destructive disassembly process.
