Manufacturing Solutions

FSE specializes in manufacturing solutions, from initial prototype design through production deliveries. Our experienced team is committed to provide value-added manufacturing support services that include in-house printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing through final top-level assembly and functional test for quick turn prototypes or production quantities. Our manufacturing services include:

• Develop and build prototype and production level cable and harness products per customer functional or test requirements
• Perform DFM analysis on PCB's, cables and all levels of manufacturing assemblies
• Review existing designs for cost reductions and manufacturing efficiencies
• Update existing designs per customer requirements
• Perform DFM analysis
• Provide RMA services and repairs
• Manufacture, Repair or upgrade PCB's
• Electrical and mechanical design support, functional test development, reliability testing and regulatory approvals
