FSE’s environmentally controlled 60,000 sq. ft. manufacturing space is conveniently located along the 1-95 corridor near BWI airport.  FSE has an additional 50,000 sq. ft. available for expansion.

FSE’s management team is comprised of the most experienced and dedicated professionals in the industry with tenures exceeding 20 years. The vast majority of the team has been with FSE since the beginning.

Kevin Popielarczyk, President: Founder of FSE, Mr. Popielarczyk has over twenty years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry. He has extensive experience in designing customer specific programs for total customer satisfaction and has fifteen years in management of electronic component distribution operation specializing in supply chain management programs.

Ed Murchie, COO: Co-founder of FSE, Mr. Murchie has thirty-five years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry. He has served as President/COO/CFO of several public companies in electronics and materials ranging from component design and manufacture to top level assemblies such as aircraft and space vehicles.

Dean McIntee, VP Operations: Mr. McIntee has twenty-five years of experience in electronics manufacturing. His extensive knowledge and background managing corporate supply chain programs include lean manufacturing process controls.

Rich Borza, VP Mfg: Mr. Borza has over fifteen years of experience in contract assembly with broad mechanical design experience that also include both PC boards and electro-mechanical components – serving multiple customer applications.

Rich Vuoto, VP Logistics: Mr. Vuoto manages customer programs and procurement to support deliveries.

Jim Kirkendall, Director of Program Management and Procurement: Mr. Kirkendall has over twenty years of experience in design and manufacturing of engineered products that includes all aspects of supply chain management.
