IPC-620 is the most widely used inspection specification for the cable and wire harness assembly industry. It is a pictorial guide to conditions and process results, common in the manufacturing of cables and wire harnesses. FSE has certified IPC-620 trainers on staff.

BGA Rework Station

The AirVac DRS25 is utilized to remove and replace BGA's, CSP's, QFN's, Flip Chips, Fine Pitch QFP's, Plastic Sockets, PLCC's, BGA Sockets, BGA Connectors and SMT Connectors. Whether its mass rework with a lot of components to replace or a small number that needs to be done, FSE's engineers will create a profile for your component that will produce quality, repeatable results.
